The hotel is in a prime location, situated next to the water in the center of town, making it easy to walk to restaurants. The rooms are cozy, but during weekends I was connected to another room by a door, close to a family with children. The service had some restrictions on the beach, which felt unusual, but the staff was overall polite. The location offers easy access to the beach and downtown action, with a good variety of stores and restaurants around.
The hotel offers very spacious and comfortable rooms, though I wished they were a little bigger. The service here is top-notch, from Carlos at the bar to Jose in the restaurant, making our stay delightful. The location is superb, right next to the beach and the downtown action, but I slipped near the pool due to slippery flooring. The dining experience was good, especially the amazing staff, but the downstairs area leaves much to be desired.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The rooms were starting to show some age but were still comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown for me, especially with the restrictions on complimentary items for children. Despite that, the facilities, including the three pools and easy beach access, were a big plus.
